APPLICATION:
The PRW2 injector tester is designed for testing and control of injectors and spray nozzles used in Diesel engines. In addition, the tester can also check and control fuel pressure at injection start, injector tightness and quality of fuel atomization (spray).
Considering its dimensions, the PRW2 is intended in principle for smaller engine servicing stations as well as for Diesel engine repair shops.
DESIGN FEATURES:
The PRW2 tester consists of 3 main assemblies: an injection pump, a cut-off valve with a pressure gauge and a fuel tank. All these elements are tightly interconnected but remain separable.
A pressure gauge is connected wit the cut-off valve body. The pressure gauge indicates the pressure of fuel in the H.P. tube while the cut-off valve is open.
